Jim, I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get this e-mail to you. As you might remember, we had my grandson's birthday party at Landmark Mall and the theme of his party was, of course, trains. It was a fantastic success and mainly because of the ride on your train. I can't begin to express my thanks for your kindness with a discounted rate and I must let you know how nice your train engineer was not only for our party but again last night when we went to Landmark and he remembered our grandson. He was wonderful with the children, extremely patient, has a fabulous smile and greeting for everyone who approaches the train and makes the whole train experience delightful. You are lucky to have someone who is so pleasant and accommodating. He represents your company very well. Thank you again for making our grandson's 3 rd birthday such a memorable one. Each child got a goodie bag with an engineer's hat and bandana, heavy duty plastic train, train whistle, train stickers and a small train puzzle so as you can see, we went with trains all the way.
